My activities for 2002-2003 include teaching two courses: (1) Introduction to Algorithms and Programming in Java [1301/1322]; (2) Advanced Programming, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, UML [S1433/S1435]. Occasionally I also teach Unix, C/C++, and Lisp programming.

My interests include user interfaces for computer algebra, communication protocols between symbolic, numeric, and scientific visualization packages, and graphics.

Most of my publications and programs are available from some ftp repositories, including:
- CAS/PI : a prototype of a distributed interactive environment for symbolic computing;
- IZIC : a curve and surface visualization package;
- MP : a protocol for efficient exchange of mathematical data between scientific applications.
- The IAMC framework : a collection of software components to support Internet Accessible Mathematical Computation.
